The Sterling Pro SPPZ-180 Pizza Prep 3 Door Counter has a generous capacity of 452 litres that when topped with the 10 x GN1/4 refrigerated topping well gives you incredible capacity for pizza / salad production.

Featuring a large capacity for 3 x 1/1 gastronorm cabinets, auto defrost and a heavy duty ventilated system that’s designed to cope with an ambient temperature of up to 38 ¬∞C.
