The Foster FSL800H/11-301 Slimline Refrigerated Upright Cabinet is designed for commercial kitchens where storage capacity is required but available floor space is limited. With an 800-litre capacity and slimline cabinet design, the unit provides substantial chilled storage without the footprint of larger refrigeration cabinets.

Operating between +1°C and +4°C, the cabinet incorporates a forced-air refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures in ambient conditions of up to 40°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen, supporting efficient operation and simplified maintenance access.

The double door configuration provides organised access to chilled ingredients, prepared foods and daily kitchen stock. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with durable 304 stainless steel doors, lockable door system and easy-access pocket handles designed for busy commercial environments.

Fitted with Foster's +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL800H/11-301 provides reliable refrigerated storage for restaurants, hotels, cafés and professional catering facilities where space efficiency and storage capacity are equally important.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack
