Book a consultation

A site visit, a specification and priced options. No charge.

We walk the space, take the covers, cycles and services, and come back with an equipment schedule you can budget against. Kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, or all three at once.

What the visit covers

Sixty to ninety minutes on site, then the numbers

One engineer, one visit. We measure, ask, and photograph what matters — then the specification is written against your operation rather than a catalogue page.

01

The space and the services

  • Measured layout, access route and door widths
  • Gas, water, drainage and electrical supply
  • Ventilation, extraction and make-up air
02

The operation

  • Covers per service, or kilos of linen per day
  • Peaks, shift patterns and closed days
  • What the current equipment is costing you
03

The options and the numbers

  • Equipment schedule, and drawings where it is a project
  • Purchase, lease or rental, priced side by side
  • Installation and annual maintenance cost
How it runs

From request to specification

1

We confirm the slot

A call within one working day to agree the time and tell you which engineer is coming.

2

Site visit

Sixty to ninety minutes, worked around service. We can survey out of hours where the kitchen cannot stop.

3

Specification and prices

Equipment schedule, options and lead times, with installation and maintenance costed alongside.

4

Your decision

Take it to the board, the trustees or the group. Nothing is booked until you say so.

Equipment already down?A consultation is the wrong route. Call the team and we will get an engineer out.
Come prepared

Four things that make the visit worth more

None of these are essential. Each one takes a week off the specification.

  • Your numbers. Covers per service, beds, pupils, or kilos of linen a day. Real figures, not the design capacity.
  • Any drawings you have. Architect plans, a floor plan, or a sketch on the back of a rota — all useful.
  • What is there now. Make, model and rough age of the equipment being replaced.
  • Whoever signs it off. If the chef, the manager and the finance lead are all in the room, one visit usually does it.

“We will design the layout around your space and service volume.”

Questions

Before you book

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Survey, specification and quotation cost nothing and carry no obligation, including where the outcome is that your existing equipment is worth servicing rather than replacing.

Can you survey outside opening hours?

Yes. Early mornings, after close and closed days are normal for us — a working kitchen should not stop for a survey.

Do you cover our area?

We are based in Lancashire and survey, supply and service UK-wide, single site or multi-site. Add the site postcode to the form and we will confirm.

What if we are only at the idea stage?

That is the best time to talk. Getting the services and the layout right on paper is far cheaper than moving a gas run once the kitchen is built.

Will you try to sell us the biggest machine?

No. We are not tied to a manufacturer, so the recommendation follows the duty cycle. We regularly talk operators down a model size.
