The Foster FSL400M/11-312 Slimline Refrigerated Upright Cabinet is designed for commercial kitchens, cafés and foodservice environments where space is limited but reliable chilled storage remains essential. With a cabinet width of just 600mm, the unit provides 400 litres of storage capacity within a compact footprint.

Operating between -2°C and +2°C, the cabinet is suitable for ingredients and food products requiring tighter temperature control than standard refrigeration. The forced-air refrigeration system is designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures, whilst the bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen to support efficient operation.

The cabinet features a durable stainless steel exterior with a 304 grade stainless steel door, lockable door system and full-length door handle for easy access during busy service periods. An easy-wipe dished liner base simplifies cleaning by directing spills towards the centre of the cabinet.

Fitted with Foster's +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL400M/11-312 delivers dependable refrigerated storage for professional catering environments where both space efficiency and temperature control are important considerations.
