The Foster EP2/3H/43-390 EcoPro G3 Refrigerated Counter is designed for professional kitchens requiring substantial chilled storage capacity and efficient food preparation space within a single workstation. With a gross capacity of 760 litres and a three-door configuration, the counter provides organised refrigerated storage for ingredients, prepared foods and kitchen essentials.

Operating between +1°C and +4°C, the unit maintains reliable chilled storage in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C (Climate Class 5). The larger cabinet design provides increased storage capacity whilst keeping ingredients close to the preparation area, helping improve workflow efficiency during service.

The EcoPro G3 range incorporates Foster's Airlines ventilation system, designed to improve compressor cooling and reduce energy consumption by lowering compressor run times. High-performance cyclopentane foam insulation supports temperature stability, whilst the PureControl LED controller provides clear temperature monitoring and intuitive operation.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the counter is designed to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Durable 304 stainless steel is used on key contact surfaces, whilst the fully floating lock system helps prevent accidental lock damage during everyday operation.

With a width of 2430mm and a capacity of 760 litres, the EP2/3H/43-390 is suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, care homes and large-scale foodservice operations requiring high-capacity refrigerated counter storage.
