The Foster EP1/4H/43-324 EcoPro G3 Refrigerated Counter is designed for commercial kitchens requiring a practical balance of cabinet storage and refrigerated drawer access. With a gross capacity of 585 litres, the unit combines three refrigerated door compartments with three integrated drawers, providing flexible storage for ingredients, prepared foods and frequently accessed products.

Operating between +1°C and +4°C, the counter is engineered to maintain reliable chilled storage in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C (Climate Class 5). The mixed storage layout allows kitchen teams to separate stock according to preparation area, product type or usage frequency, helping improve organisation and workflow efficiency.

The EcoPro G3 range incorporates Foster's Airlines ventilation system, designed to improve compressor cooling and reduce energy consumption. High-performance cyclopentane foam insulation supports temperature stability, whilst the PureControl LED controller provides clear temperature monitoring and intuitive operation.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the counter is designed to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Durable 304 stainless steel is used on key contact surfaces, whilst the fully floating lock system helps prevent lock damage during everyday use.

Suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, care homes and professional foodservice operations requiring a refrigerated counter with a balanced combination of cabinet and drawer storage.
