Pizza prep perfection in one simple, compact unit. The BCC2PREPGRANITE encompasses the best features of the BCC range of compact counters while adding all the pizza prep must haves. A granite countertop allows for a easy none stick surface perfect for dough preparation while the covered gastronorm storage area to the rear of the unit allows easy grab access for toppings and other ingredients.

With base storage perfect for easy access during service hours to top up your prep station along with must haves such as digital temperature controller, adjustable feet and high-grade stainless-steel construction.

Delivery & installation
