What happens next

1

We read it properly

An engineer or estimator picks it up, not an inbox rota. Breakdowns jump the queue.

2

We come back to you

Within one working day, either with the answer or with the two questions we need answering first.

3

Site visit if it needs one

For anything beyond a straight replacement we will walk the space before quoting. No charge.

4

Priced options

An equipment schedule and prices you can budget against, with the maintenance cost alongside.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How quickly will someone reply?

Within one working day for enquiries. If equipment is down and the site is trading, call rather than email — breakdowns are triaged as they come in.

Do you charge for a site visit or a quote?

No. Survey, specification and quotation are free, including where that ends with us telling you the equipment you have is worth keeping.

Will you service equipment you did not supply?

Yes. A large share of our maintenance work is on equipment installed by someone else. Anything already faulty or beyond economical repair is listed as an exclusion up front.

What should I include for a quote to be useful?

Covers or cycles, the services available on site, access route, and your timescale. For a replacement, the make, model and serial number of what is there now. Drawings are welcome — email them to [email protected].

Do you work with architects and main contractors?

Regularly. We issue equipment schedules and service requirements early enough to be built in rather than worked around. Send the drawing package and the programme dates.

Prefer to talk

Some things are quicker on the phone.

Ten minutes with someone who knows the equipment usually beats a week of emails. Mon–Fri, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
