The Foster EP1/4H/43-336 EcoPro G3 Refrigerated Counter is designed for commercial kitchens that require extensive refrigerated drawer storage and highly organised ingredient management. With a gross capacity of 585 litres and twelve refrigerated drawers, the unit provides a dedicated storage solution for preparation stations where speed, accessibility and stock separation are essential.

Operating between +1°C and +4°C, the counter maintains reliable chilled storage in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C (Climate Class 5). The twelve-drawer configuration allows ingredients to be organised by menu section, preparation area or product type, helping reduce preparation times and improve workflow efficiency during busy service periods.

The EcoPro G3 range incorporates Foster's Airlines ventilation system, designed to improve compressor cooling and reduce running times for greater energy efficiency. High-performance cyclopentane foam insulation helps maintain stable temperatures, whilst the PureControl LED controller provides accurate temperature monitoring and simple operation.

Constructed using durable commercial-grade materials, the counter is designed to withstand demanding foodservice environments. High-contact areas utilise 304 stainless steel, whilst the compact footprint combines refrigerated storage and food preparation space within a single workstation.

Suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, production kitchens and food preparation environments requiring maximum refrigerated drawer storage and organised ingredient access.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack
