The Foster EP700H2/41-299 EcoPro G3 Half Door Refrigerated Upright Cabinet is designed for commercial kitchens requiring high-capacity chilled storage with improved temperature retention during service.

Providing 600 litres of refrigerated storage capacity, the cabinet operates between +1°C and +4°C and is designed to perform in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C. The two half-door configuration allows operators to access individual sections of the cabinet without opening the full storage area, helping to minimise temperature loss and improve operational efficiency.

The EcoPro G3 range incorporates Foster's +stayclear condenser technology, helping maintain refrigeration performance whilst reducing energy consumption and extending equipment lifespan. Foster Shield temperature management and CFD-optimised airflow support consistent storage temperatures throughout the cabinet, even when fully loaded.

The cabinet also features PureControl LED controller technology for accurate temperature monitoring and straightforward operation. Constructed with high-wear 304 stainless steel components and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the EP700H2/41-299 achieves an A energy rating.

Suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, healthcare environments and professional kitchens requiring efficient refrigerated storage with reduced cold air loss during access.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
