The Sterling Pro SP60BC Blast Chiller is the best machine for chilling and freezing hot food quickly and is the largest blast chiller in our range. This is manufactured from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel.

  • Enables safe storage
  • 13-grid version can chill 60kg or freeze 38kg of hot food per cycle
  • Extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean
  • Interior shelf supports accept the GN1/1 pan or 600x400 shelves

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:
