The Foster FSL800L/11-319 Slimline Upright Freezer is designed for commercial kitchens, catering facilities and foodservice environments requiring substantial frozen storage capacity within a compact footprint. With an 800-litre capacity and slimline cabinet design, the unit provides increased storage without the space requirements of larger conventional upright freezers.

Operating between -18°C and -21°C, the freezer incorporates a forced-air refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures in ambient conditions of up to 40°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen, helping to support efficient operation and simplify routine maintenance.

The double door configuration provides organised access to frozen ingredients, prepared foods and bulk stock, whilst the stainless steel exterior and durable 304 stainless steel doors are designed to withstand demanding commercial use. Lockable doors and easy-access pocket handles support day-to-day operation in busy foodservice environments.

Fitted with Foster's +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL800L/11-319 delivers dependable frozen storage performance for restaurants, hotels, care homes and professional catering operations where storage capacity and space efficiency are equally important.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack
