Slimline Single Door Upright Freezer – 400 Litres

The Foster FSL400L/11-315 Slimline Upright Freezer is designed for commercial kitchens, cafés and catering environments requiring dependable frozen storage within a space-saving footprint. With a cabinet width of just 600mm, the unit provides 400 litres of storage capacity whilst occupying less floor space than traditional upright freezers.

Operating between -18°C and -21°C, the freezer incorporates a forced-air refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures in ambient conditions of up to 40°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen, supporting efficient operation and simplifying maintenance access.

The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with a durable 304 stainless steel door, lockable door system and easy-access pocket handle for busy commercial environments. An easy-wipe dished liner base assists cleaning by directing spills and debris towards the centre of the cabinet.

Fitted with Foster's +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL400L/11-315 provides reliable frozen storage for restaurants, hotels, care homes and professional foodservice operations where available space is at a premium.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack
