The Foster BCT38-18/17-277 Blast Chiller Cabinet is an all stainless steel high quality effective unit capable of chilling 38Kg from +70 ??C to +3 ??C in 90 minutes.

The BCT 38 Blast Chiller/Freezer incorporates bottom mounted refrigeration to help ensure stability whilst increasing performance and reducing noise levels, as well as innovative 'touch pad' controls; allowing for simple and effective programming.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack
