13 x GN1/1 Blast Chiller/Freezer

Bringing your produce down to temperature as quickly as possible is key to prevent bacteria growth to avoid contamination and extend the life and quality of ingredients. With a capacity of 60kg for chill cycles of 90 minutes and 38kg for freezer cycles of 240 minutes you can be sure to bulk chill & freezer for as much or as little produce as you need.

With a high quality stainless steel interior and exterior, integrated temperature probe, self closing door and tray guides that accept GN1/1 trays you'll be hard done by to find a more budget friendly blast chiller/freezer combo!

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
  • Records kept for EHO and audit purposes
