Choosing a cook line

Three things to settle before you specify

1. Power supply

Most three-phase combi ovens need a dedicated 32A supply. If your kitchen only has single phase, that decides the model before anything else does. Tell us what's at the board and we'll work within it.

2. Covers and service pattern

A 200-cover hotel doing banqueting needs different capacity from a 200-cover restaurant on two sittings. Rack count, recovery time and holding capacity matter more than headline output.

3. Extraction and clearances

Canopy sizing, gas interlocks and access for maintenance all come back to the layout. We survey before we quote, so nothing arrives that won't fit through the door.

Supply is the easy part

Every cooking appliance we supply can be delivered, sited, connected, commissioned and handed over under our management. Gas and electrical work is carried out by qualified engineers and certificated at handover.
