Searching for an oven that does it all? This combination steam oven from Blizzard is the perfect choice for your kitchen. Offering four different roast and steam models, plus the capacity to accommodate up to 15x GN1/1 containers, you’re able to cook in large quantities easily!

The internal illumination, easy-to-use controls, LED indication lights and a hand shower finish this unit off as the perfect all-rounder for your commercial kitchen.

  • High grade 304 stainless steel interior & exterior
  • Accepts GN1/1 containers
  • Internal illumination
  • Left hand hinged as standard
  • Supplied with one shelf, tray slides spaced 67mm apart
  • Steam generated by direct system
  • Supplied with hand shower and fitting kit (to be fitted onsite by installer)
  • Easy to use with none complicated controls

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
  • Records kept for EHO and audit purposes
