D4BMSL Drop-In Bain Marie Dry Heat Model with Square Glass Open Front Gantry

Hot display units incorporating a dry well Bain-marie, fitted with Moffats renowned innovative Sahara Fan heating cell. Easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. This forced-air, convection, heated bain-marie with accurate, digital control and specially designed air ducting offers unparalleled flexibility of use. No additional plumbing. No need to maintain water levels. No issues with water scale. These dry heat display units are designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature. Suitable for the display of most types of hot foods, designed to accommodate various combinations of Interchangeable Gastronome type pans up to 150 mm deep.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.
