The Foster FSL400L/11-315 Slimline Upright Freezer is designed for commercial kitchens, cafés and catering environments requiring dependable frozen storage within a space-saving footprint. With a cabinet width of just 600mm, the unit provides 400 litres of storage capacity whilst occupying less floor space than traditional upright freezers.
Operating between -18°C and -21°C, the freezer incorporates a forced-air refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures in ambient conditions of up to 40°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen, supporting efficient operation and simplifying maintenance access.
The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with a durable 304 stainless steel door, lockable door system and easy-access pocket handle for busy commercial environments. An easy-wipe dished liner base assists cleaning by directing spills and debris towards the centre of the cabinet.
Fitted with Foster’s +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL400L/11-315 provides reliable frozen storage for restaurants, hotels, care homes and professional foodservice operations where available space is at a premium.
