The Diverso WR-BM20-20 Bain Marie is a practical hot-holding solution designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations, canteens, hotels and buffet service environments. Built from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit is engineered for durability, hygiene and long-term commercial use.
Designed to accommodate two GN 1/1 gastronorm containers up to 200mm deep, the bain marie provides flexible capacity for holding a variety of prepared foods at serving temperature. The spacious tank dimensions allow efficient heat distribution whilst supporting different menu requirements throughout service.
A mechanical thermostat provides straightforward temperature control, allowing operators to maintain food at the desired holding temperature. Thermal insulation helps improve efficiency by reducing heat loss and supporting consistent performance during extended service periods.
For ease of operation and maintenance, the unit incorporates an integrated drain valve that simplifies emptying and cleaning. Four swivel castors provide excellent manoeuvrability, allowing the bain marie to be repositioned easily within kitchens, serving areas or event spaces.
