About this model

PWM 1108 DP Smartbiz Washing Machine, 8kg

The Miele PWM 1108 DP Smartbiz Washing Machine is a commercial quality unit that is easy to install being supplied ready for connection with a mains plug and has a professional programme running time of just 79 minutes with an 8kg load, tested for 15000 operating hours.

It uses Miele's exclusive honeycomb drum, creating a thin film of water between the drum wall and the laundry, letting the laundry glide gently and be treated with optimum care, keeping their shape and lasting longer.

The unit's control panel displays logically arranged programmes that are selectable by a rotary selector and additional information such as the temperature, spin speed and cycle duration are shown on the digital display.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
  • Records kept for EHO and audit purposes

Planned maintenance pays for itself on equipment like this: scale, seals and water quality account for most breakdowns, and all three are preventable.
