This Hoshizaki IM-240APE-U-32 is an UltraCUBE variant of a Cuber, Modular producing up to 220 kg of the world-famous Hoshizaki ice cubes (Extra large cubes - 32) per 24 hours. The dimensions of this model are 560 x 700 x 880 mm. The UltraCUBE includes all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene. Hoshizaki's innovative UV cleaning mechanism uses UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring even safer and cleaner ice.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:
