The Hoshizaki IM-100NE Self-Contained Ice Maker is designed with hygiene at the forefront, each ice cycle is made with fresh water to ensure sustained high quality of ice. The produced ice cubes are recognisable by their precise shape, clarity and slow dilution which is particularly useful for use in premium beverages.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
  • Records kept for EHO and audit purposes
