About this model

FM-1800ALKE-R452-N-SB Modular Nugget Ice Maker, 1590kg/24hrs Output

This Hoshizaki FM-1800ALKE-R452N-SB is a modular flake ice maker producing up to 1590 kg of high-quality flake ice per 24 hours.

Material - The exterior and the auger are made of stainless steel. The closed water circuit provides maximum protection against any type of contamination during ice production. All Hoshizaki machines are easy to use, clean, and maintain.

Unique Technology - The inner workings of Flakers are designed to prevent unpleasant calcification and bacterial contamination. For example, the use of carbon graphite bushings instead of conventional ball bearings allows the machine to work entirely without grease.

Smart Design - Like all Hoshizaki Ice makers, the FM-1800ALKE-R452N-SB is designed to last and comes with smart design extras, such as the intuitive control display for preventive maintenance.

Perfect Fit - Need to amp up your production capacity? The variable setups with modular bins and bases allow the user to mix and match depending on individual requirements and conditions. The dimensions of the FM-1800ALKE-R452N-SB are 1080 x 700 x 780 mm.

Plug&Play - The smart plug-and-play design guarantees an easy and quick set-up.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
4-hour or next-day response options
Priority parts allocation from stock
Records kept for EHO and audit purposes

Planned maintenance pays for itself on equipment like this: scale, seals and water quality account for most breakdowns, and all three are preventable.

Check it fits, fits the supply, and fits the menu.

Send us the covers and the space. We'll confirm the model, cost the installation and quote it as one job — usually the same working day.
