The Diverso WR-BM07-A1 Planetary Mixer is designed to deliver reliable mixing performance for professional food preparation. With a 7-litre capacity, the mixer is suitable for producing doughs, batters, creams, fillings, sauces and other ingredients commonly used in commercial kitchens, bakeries and catering environments.

Variable speed control allows operators to adjust mixing intensity to suit different products and recipes, helping achieve consistent results across a variety of applications. The planetary mixing action ensures thorough ingredient incorporation throughout the bowl, supporting efficient preparation and product consistency.

The mixer is supplied with three metal attachments as standard, including a whisk for whipping and aerating, a dough hook for bread and pizza dough preparation, and a flat beater for mixing batters, fillings and general ingredients.

A durable metal construction provides strength and stability during operation, whilst the tilt-head design allows easy access to the bowl and attachments. The removable stainless steel mixing bowl simplifies cleaning and routine maintenance between production batches.

Supplied with a standard 13-amp plug connection, the WR-BM07-A1 is suitable for cafés, bakeries, restaurants, catering kitchens and food preparation areas requiring a compact commercial planetary mixer.
