DC PG40ISD Premium Glasswasher with Integral Softener & Drain Pump – 400mm Basket

The DC PG40ISD Premium Glasswasher is designed for hospitality environments requiring reliable glasswashing performance, excellent wash results and protection against the effects of hard water.

Capable of accommodating 400mm baskets and washing up to 16 pint glasses per cycle, the machine combines compact dimensions with premium-level features suitable for busy bars, restaurants, hotels and licensed premises.

An integral water softener helps reduce limescale build-up, supporting wash quality and helping protect internal components in hard water locations. The integrated drain pump provides greater installation flexibility where gravity drainage may not be available.

The machine features superior peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dosing systems to support consistent wash performance and improved glass presentation. A heavy-duty wash pump, EasyClean dual filtration system and removable anti-block wash and rinse arms help maintain reliable day-to-day operation whilst simplifying maintenance.

Additional features include a moulded wash tank designed to reduce debris build-up, hydro-dynamic basket slides, counter-balanced door, self-draining wash pump, insulated boiler and low-volume wash tank to support efficiency and hygiene. The double-skinned stainless steel cabinet and door provide durability for demanding commercial environments.

The PG40ISD is suitable for bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues requiring a compact glasswasher with integral softener and drain pump functionality.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack
