About this model

DC PD40D Premium Undercounter Commercial Dishwasher with Drain Pump – 400mm Basket

The DC PD40D Premium Undercounter Commercial Dishwasher is designed for professional foodservice environments requiring efficient dishwashing performance within a compact undercounter footprint. Accommodating 400mm x 400mm baskets, the machine is capable of washing up to 11 dinner plates per cycle.

The dishwasher features a heavy-duty wash pump, integrated drain pump and superior peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dosing systems to support consistent washing results. EasyClean dual filters, removable anti-block wash and rinse arms and a moulded wash tank help simplify cleaning and routine maintenance.

Double-skinned insulated construction, an insulated boiler and low-volume 7-litre wash tank contribute to efficient operation, whilst the counter-balanced door and hydro-dynamic basket slides improve day-to-day usability.

Supplied with two baskets and operating from a standard 13amp power supply, the PD40D is suitable for restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels and commercial catering environments requiring a reliable undercounter dishwasher.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
  • Records kept for EHO and audit purposes

Planned maintenance pays for itself on equipment like this: scale, seals and water quality account for most breakdowns, and all three are preventable.
