Using the latest technology, a cylindrical evaporator produces small trapezoidal ice cubes in the form of compact and long-lasting nuggets or ‘pebbles’. The DC DCT140-50A Self Contained Pebble Icemaker is constructed using catering grade stainless steel for strength and hygiene, while the ice-bin is constructed using non-toxic antibacterial plastic for improved insulation.

- Self-contained icemakers incorporate an ice-production system and ice storage bin into one machine. The smallest machine of the range produces 20kg/24hrs and stores up to 4kg, while the largest produces up to 155kg/24hrs and stores up to 65kg. Pebble Ice - Compact and long lasting nuggets of ice. This versatile ice can be used in many applications including soft drinks or cocktails. Suitable for: cocktails, pubs, cafeterias, nightclubs, restaurants and hotels.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
Water and drainage connection where required
Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
4-hour or next-day response options
Priority parts allocation from stock
Records kept for EHO and audit purposes
