DC DCF900A Modular Flaked Ice Machine, 900kg/24hrs Output

Modular ice systems have a separate production and ice storage unit (or ice bin). Modular ice production volume starts from 90kg/24hrs and goes up to 1000kg/24hrs. Ice storage units vary from 100kg to 350kg capacity. Flaked Ice - Produced at subzero temperatures its 1.5-3mm flakes cool quicker than any of the other ice types. Suitable for: the food industry (fish, dairy, meat cutting etc), processing and preserving, medical applications, product displays, transport and packaging operations.

Delivery & installation

Kerbside to mainland UK addresses, typically 3–5 working days. Installation covers:

  • Positioning and levelling, packaging removed from site
  • Electrical connection to an existing supply, tested and certificated
  • Water and drainage connection where required
  • Commissioning, test run and cleaning cycle demonstration
  • Staff handover and documentation pack

Where the supply needs upgrading, our design team surveys first and quotes the works separately. We don't install onto a supply we haven't verified.

Warranty & service

Manufacturer warranty as standard from commissioning, with warranty work carried out by CKLS engineers rather than a third-party network. Under a service contract:

  • Planned maintenance visits, scheduled around your service times
  • 4-hour or next-day response options
  • Priority parts allocation from stock
