DC DCG500A Modular Granular Ice Machine – 500kg/24hrs Output

The DC DCG500A Modular Granular Ice Machine is designed for businesses requiring substantial daily ice production for cooling, display and product handling applications. Producing up to 500kg of granular ice per 24 hours, the machine is suitable for operations where consistent, high-volume ice supply is essential.

As part of a modular ice system, the ice-making head is installed separately from the storage bin, allowing operators to select a compatible storage solution that matches site requirements and expected usage levels. This modular arrangement provides greater flexibility and storage capacity than many self-contained ice machines.

The machine produces granular ice, a soft and mouldable form of ice similar to crushed ice. Its texture makes it particularly suitable for fish displays, fresh food counters, healthcare environments, product transportation and packaging operations where close product contact and rapid cooling are required.

Designed for demanding commercial environments, the DCG500A operates in ambient air temperatures from +10°C to +43°C and water temperatures from +3°C to +32°C. The unit is supplied with a 30-amp electrical connection to support higher production volumes and continuous operation.
