The Foster FSL400H/11-300 Slimline Refrigerated Upright Cabinet is designed for commercial kitchens, cafés and foodservice environments where available floor space is restricted. With a cabinet width of just 600mm, it provides 400 litres of chilled storage capacity whilst occupying significantly less space than standard upright refrigeration cabinets.
Operating between +1°C and +4°C, the cabinet incorporates a forced-air refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent storage temperatures in ambient conditions of up to 40°C. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system draws air from cooler areas of the kitchen to support efficient operation and simplify maintenance access.
The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with a durable 304 stainless steel door, lockable door system and easy-access pocket handle. An easy-wipe dished liner base helps simplify cleaning by directing spills towards the centre of the cabinet.
Fitted with Foster’s +stayclear condenser technology and operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the FSL400H/11-300 provides reliable refrigerated storage for professional catering environments where space efficiency is a priority.
