The DC DC57-62A Stainless Steel Pot & Utensil Washer is designed to accommodate larger kitchen items that cannot be effectively cleaned in standard commercial dishwashers. Suitable for pots, pans, utensils, gastronorm containers and baking trays, the machine provides a dedicated washing solution for busy foodservice operations.
The unit features a 570mm x 620mm basket and incorporates a break tank and 35-litre wash tank. Variable wash cycles of 60, 120 and 180 seconds allow operators to select the appropriate programme for different soil levels and cleaning requirements.
Double-skinned stainless steel construction helps improve insulation and reduce operating noise, whilst the intuitive control panel provides straightforward day-to-day operation.
