This Hoshizaki IM-240XPE-U is an UltraCUBE variant of a Cuber, Modular & Stackable (extension) producing up to 210 kg of the world-famous Hoshizaki ice cubes (Large cubes, Standard) per 24 hours. The dimensions of this model are 1084 x 700 x 500 mm. The UltraCUBE includes all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene. Hoshizaki’s innovative UV cleaning mechanism uses UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring even safer and cleaner ice.
