Hot Display with individual, Neo – Ceram glass, GN 1/1 size, thermo panels collectively governed by an energy regulating control. Designed to maintain Precooked food at serving temperature. They are not induction type units which require dedicated food pans, and apart from cast iron can be used with any suitable heatproof food container. Chafing dishes are not required. The surface temperature of the panels is adjustable to a maximum of 100°C. Complete with an aesthetic gantry hood above fitted with large quartz heat lamps, Providing an illuminated display area and additional heat source.
